It is a perfect time to introduce a real cardio workout to your athletes. Breaking the usual conditional training regime, challenge your players, and let them experience a more complex exercise program! Not only they will benefit from it’s great conditional effects, but also, at the same time, they will improve their coordination and concentration, while developing a better team spirit, right from the beginning of the season!

Jump rope is proved to be less harmful for the joints than any other impact sport, and if well planned, it is three times as effective of a cardio workout as running.
