    Jumpplus DD Cable Ropes come in pair and they are used for Double Dutch Speed and Freestyle!

    The ropes are easy to turn, the long handles allow the turners to practice different turning combinations.
    The jumpers are always challenged to keep up with the speed!
    The ropes can be used indoors and outdoors, however we always recommend jumping on sports floor!
    The regular size is 4.5 m.

    You can also adjust the size of the rope (for shorter).
    They are light and fast, mostly used for Speed Contests of Professional Jump Rope Teams.

    The material of the rope has a good flexibility and durability.

    Jumpplus Double Dutch Beaded Ropes are often used for a team of 3 or 4, for a Double Dutch routine. The ropes are easy to turn, just as with single ropes with Double Dutch too, the handles are slightly longer, to support the turning combinations.
    The ropes come in pairs (2 ropes are included) and can be used indoors and outdoors, however, to protect your joints, we strongly recommend sports floor for your trainings.
