Jump rope fitness – Premium program for your home workout!
Jumpplus Fitness workouts are designed by Kata and Adrienn Banhegyi, two sisters who have been working as professional jump ropers for more than 20 years, they have won several world and European championship as well as worked for Cirque du Soleil. Both Adrienn and Kata is passionate about fitness, they are also qualified personal trainers. They were eager to create a program which is focusing on jump rope and fitness at the same time.

We offer 5 different workouts (Cardio, Burn, Body, Core and Flex) you only need a Jump Rope and a set of Mini Bands, we prepared your schedule according to your fitness goal.
Whether it’s weight loss, gaining strength, boosting your cardio, toning up your body we are ready to help you! You just need to decide how much time and energy you would like to devote to the program, you can go for a “regular” schedule (1-3 times a week) or for an “intense” plan (3-5 times a week).
If you want results you gotta do the work and stick to the plan for a minimum of 8 weeks! You can keep going up to 10-12 weeks with the program, to be sure you reach your ultimate fitness goal.
The program doesn’t require a lot of space, we planned and tested it in our living room.
