Instructor Course L2 certifies you to teach jump rope at a professional level. It is an online course that will guide you through every single step to take your jump rope classes to the next level.
Instructor Course L2 is designed to help you prepare quality jump rope classes, offering plenty of research based knowledge and teaching tips.

The instructors who have completed Instructor Course L1 are qualified to start our Level 2 Instructor Course. We designed our courses progressively. At the Level 2 course we focus on covering jump rope based personal training and jump rope group classes as well. We also devote segments to competitive jump rope, skill building and group routines. Of course we also focus on jump rope training methodology.

So far our courses hosted instructors with very different sports background. We do cherish and encourage different styles. We support our future instructors’ individual jump rope goals, as well as we give space for creativity and new ideas. Have a look at our instructor course held in London!

Our online courses guide you with video classes. We also send you the hard copy of the course booklet, and the Advance Trainer’s Pack. The video classes give teaching tips, as well as ideas about how to build your classes/training. The course booklet will help you learn more about training methodology.
To get your L2 certification you are required to go through the video materials and the topics at the course booklet, and hand in the tasks assigned to each topic electronically.
We reward you with a certificate, which you receive by email as well as in hard print.
