Description
Las cuerdas de saltar con cuentas y mangos largos son adecuadas para principiantes o entusiastas del salto de cuerda que desean aprender trucos y dominar la técnica correcta. Dado que la cuerda es más pesada, también es excelente para el entrenamiento de condición física.
¡No solo obtienes un gran ejercicio cardiovascular, sino que también fortaleces los músculos de los brazos y los hombros mientras giras la cuerda! Las cuerdas de saltar con cuentas son de las más resistentes, pueden durar varios años y se pueden usar tanto en interiores como en exteriores. El cordón dentro de los mangos se puede ajustar a la altura del saltador.
La forma más sencilla de ajustar la longitud de la cuerda es colocar ambos pies en el centro, tirar firmemente hacia arriba y la cuerda debe llegar hasta el pecho (debajo de las axilas). Una vez que tengas tu cuerda medida, ¡ya puedes empezar a saltar!

Very good product and it shipped and arrived in no time. What is bothering me is postage cost. I basically live ’round the corner from Hungary where the product shipped from (Slovakia) and the cost was 8.80EUR. Wanted to order two cable ropes as well, but I am not going to pay almost 11EUR for shipping. If that can be fixed somehow I will be a happy bunny.

Before buying the jumpplusworld skipping rope, I had the opportunity to try another skipping rope (same shape, no name). This (jumpplusworld) skipping rope has thinner beads and is a little bit lighter. That suits me more. I’ve had one skipping rope from here for a longer time and I can say that it is very durable.
